Napoleon III brooch with half fine pearl and gold plated

Antique brooch in green, yellow and rose gold plated metal centered with a half fine pearl.
Border decorations with fleur-de-lis, quatrefoil, and scroll motifs. The central plaque is chiseled with a floral motif wrapped around a star setting the half pearl.
The basket is beautifully openwork.
Hallmark: master hallmark of gold plating and EQUAL TITLE
French work.

Condition :
Good condition. Some minor signs of wear and oxidation. The pin moves a little laterally, but remains firmly stuck vertically, so it closes well (see video).
