Barrette brooch in 18kt white gold, synthetic sapphire and 4 diamonds

Contemporary brooch in the antique style in 18kt white gold adorned with 4 rose-cut diamonds (estimated weight of approximately 0.02ct), arranged in an oval motif centered on a very luminous blue Verneuil synthetic sapphire and set in a closed setting.
The oval motif holding the diamonds is openwork and worked in millegrain.
Piston clasp.
Hallmarks: maker's mark and eagle's head (French work)

Jewel in good condition.
